"All I can say is delicious! I have been looking all over for a barbecue spot that would deliver true Southern BBQ taste. You must come early to ensure items are available because they did sell out of collard greens and was on the last slab of ribs when I arrived. The sides were warm and the Mac and cheese was not overdone but great balance of creamy flavor. The Carolina sauce is a must try and I highly recommend it. Next time I am going to try the brisket and update my post."
